Kamran Ramazanov

Kamran Ramazanov, CSSBB, currently serves as the Head of Retail Sales & Sales Support Division at Azerbaijan Airlines since October 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Head of Retail Sales Channels Unit at Kapital Bank OJSC from January 2021 to October 2023 and Head of Contact Centre Unit at Azerconnect LLC from November 2017 to January 2021, where management of large call center teams and customer journey oversight were key responsibilities. Kamran Ramazanov also held managerial positions at Nar (Azerfon), contributing to contact center operations and employee development from September 2012 to November 2017. Early career experience includes roles at Anglo-American Development Company LTD in Azerbaijan, focusing on customer service. Kamran Ramazanov obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Administration from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
