Joseph Espiritu

Joseph Espiritu currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Dornier Technology Inc. since March 2022 and as an Executive Coach at Sociov since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Joseph held the position of Vice President Operations at Aviation Partnership Philippines Corporation from July 2015 to March 2022, which is a subsidiary of Cebu Pacific. Joseph also served as Deputy General Manager in a joint venture between Singapore Airline Engineering Company and Cebu Pacific Air. Earlier experience includes working as an Aircraft and Powerplant Planning Engineer at Kuwait Airways from July 2012 to July 2015, and a variety of management roles at Lufthansa Technik Philippines from September 2003 to July 2012. Joseph began the career as a Manufacturing Production Supervisor at Analog Devices from February 2001 to September 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Innovation and Business from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University.
