Gulara Mammadova

Gulara Mammadova is an experienced professional in project management and human resources, currently serving as a Project Specialist and Leading Specialist in the Strategic and Corporate Development Department at Azerbaijan Railways since March 2018. Additionally, Gulara holds the position of HR Leading Specialist in the Infrastructure Department as of May 2022. Prior to joining Azerbaijan Railways, Gulara worked as a Project Specialist at ULTRA TECHNOLOGIES from April 2016 to February 2018 and served in data entry at Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC from January 2011 to January 2016. Gulara holds a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from MBS Moscow Technological Institute (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Baku State University (2004-2008).
