Tenzin C. is an Operations Analyst at Azolla Ventures, responsible for firm and fund strategy, operations, investor relations, team culture, communications, and external presence, focusing on investments that drive significant CO2 reductions. Prior experience includes serving as Program Coordinator at Greentown Labs, North America's largest climatetech startup incubator, and producing A Good Refugee Podcast, which challenges narratives surrounding refugees and immigrants. Tenzin has held leadership roles, such as Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Duke International Association and President of Machik, advocating for Tibetan social and environmental issues. Additional experience includes a consulting internship at GreenLight Fund, a research position at Duke University on health risks for gold miners in Ghana, and serving as a College Ambassador for The Economist. Tenzin holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Global Health from Duke University and an International Baccalaureate from UWC Atlantic College.
