Paola Tolentino began their work experience at DIMEP in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant. Paola then moved on to the Fundação Parks, where they worked as an intern from 2011 to 2012. Paola continued their internship at Parks S/A Comunicações Digitais from 2012 to 2014, eventually transitioning into the role of Administrative Assistant until 2017. During their time at Parks S/A Comunicações Digitais, they also served as an HR Analyst, managing various aspects of human resources, including performance evaluation, recruitment and selection, and employee communication.
From 2018 to 2019, Paola worked at Checklist Fácil as a Senior People Management Analyst, responsible for structuring the HR department and implementing various HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, performance evaluation, conflict management, recruitment and selection, and training programs.
In 2019, Paola joined Exact Sales as an HR Business Partner, where they collaborated with the company's leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Paola then joined Xerpay in 2020 as a Senior Talent Acquisition and Tech Recruiter, responsible for recruiting and selecting tech professionals.
In 2021, Paola moved to Betterfly, where they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition and Tech Recruiter until early 2022.
Currently, Paola works as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Azos, starting in February 2022.
Paola Tolentino completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão de Carreira e Empregabilidade at FADERGS starting in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Faculdade CNEC Gravataí, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Paola has obtained several certifications, including "Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual" from Sólides Tecnologia in June 2022, "Tech Recruiter | Recrutamento e Seleção para área de TI" from Feel Tech RH in May 2021, and "Analista de Mapeamento de Perfil Comportamental" from Solides in December 2020. Paola has also pursued additional certifications such as "Atração de Candidatos - Better Together" and "Business Partner Essentials" without specifying obtained months and years. Furthermore, Paola completed the "Human Hacks" certification from Slash Education, again without specifying the obtained month and year.
