Erin Rodriguez has extensive experience in sales and customer service within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative and previously as an Inside Sales Event Specialist at Aztec Events & Tents since January 2018, Erin has developed skills in event planning and client relations. Prior experience includes serving as a Server at various establishments under CORDUA RESTAURANTS from November 2015 to February 2018, as well as holding positions at Stein Mart as a Customer Service Lead from June 2015 to June 2016, and as a Manager and Server/Bartender at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. from May 2012 to December 2014. Erin holds a degree in Meeting and Event Planning from the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
