Vakhtang Gogaladze

Vakhtang Gogaladze is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and agricultural management. Currently serving as the Business Development lead for AZUD in Germany, Vakhtang is responsible for strategizing market entry and fostering a sustainable customer ecosystem. Previously, as Co-Founder and Board Member of Eximcrop, and Founder of SuperAlmond, Vakhtang focused on digital services for agri-food trade and sustainable business solutions in the almond industry. As the Founder and CEO of Netafim Georgia, expertise was demonstrated in developing agricultural strategies and collaborating with international partners. Through various roles, including leadership at TABCO, the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia, and prior positions in sales and production management, Vakhtang has built a solid foundation in agricultural development and strategic partnerships. Academic credentials include an MBA in Agricultural Management from Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf and additional training in entrepreneurship from Harvard Online.
