Doug Leiber has a solid background in all areas of hospitality management, particularly in food and beverage, as well as a strong track record in maximizing bottom-line profit without compromising “best in class” guest service. He has successfully developed and implemented plans for reducing structural and operational costs, and has consistently produced industry leading margins.
Prior to founding AZUL Hospitality Group, Leiber worked with JC Resorts for over ten years, serving as general manager for both the Rancho Bernardo Inn and the Temecula Creek Inn. He also held numerous senior food and beverage management positions for the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons Hotel Groups. Leiber received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
