Ning Lim has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Currently, they serve as the Head of Marketing for Azul in the APAC region, where they lead the company's marketing initiatives. Prior to this, Ning was a Senior Marketing Lead at Druva, responsible for audience marketing and demand generation in APAC. Ning also worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Oracle, a Marketing Manager at Progress Software, and held multiple roles at Microsoft, including SMB Marketing Manager and Integrated Marketing Manager. Throughout their career, Ning has demonstrated expertise in driving impactful integrated campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering results for various companies in the technology industry.

Ning Lim pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with Nanyang Girls High from 1989 to 1991. Then, from 1992 to 1993, they attended Burnside High School. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Canterbury from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing & Human Resources.
