Pavel Kolesnikov

Pavel Kolesnikov has extensive experience in the field of software quality assurance (QA) and automation engineering. Pavel currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer in Test at Azul, a role they began in October 2021. Prior to this, Pavel worked as a QA Team Lead at Huawei Technologies' Russia Research Institute from April 2019 until October 2021.

Pavel has also held positions in various other companies, including Jet Infosystems, where they served as a QA Automation Team Lead from March 2018 to March 2019. In this role, they led QA automation efforts and mentored a team of 10+ QA automation engineers.

In 2017, Pavel worked at Anagram as a Lead Software QA Engineer. Pavel was responsible for leading QA efforts in the project, performing various QA activities, and enhancing processes. Prior to that, they served as a Lead QA Automation Engineer at Nexters, where they developed an automated test framework and introduced process enhancements.

Pavel began their career at Kaspersky Lab in 2009 as a QA Automation Engineer. Pavel took part in major releases of the company's products and developed test-run infrastructure tools and frameworks. Before that, they worked at Farheap Solutions as a QA Automation Engineer, participating in the development of web-based print services.

Throughout their career, Pavel has demonstrated expertise in QA automation, test framework development, process enhancements, and team leadership. Pavel has worked on a wide range of projects and contributed to the improvement of development processes in multiple companies.

Pavel Kolesnikov pursued their education between 2003 and 2008 at Saratov State Technical University. During this period, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Artificial Intelligence.
