Bruce Mansfield has extensive experience in the payments industry, having worked in various roles since 1984. Bruce began their career as a Sales Representative for PARITY COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITED in 1984, followed by a role as Industry Marketing Manager at Wang Australia in 1986. In 1991, Bruce began working at Visa, where they held various roles such as Regional Head of Commercial Products, Executive Vice President of Australia & New Zealand, GM of Emerging Products Asia Pacific, Country Manager of Australia, Head of Olympics & Smart Cards, and Country Manager of New Zealand. In 2007, they joined Save the Children Australia as a Board Member, Audit and Finance Committee Member, and CEO Selection Committee Member. In 2010, Bruce became the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of eftpos Payments Australia Limited. In 2013, they became a Board Member of Lifeline Australia and a Director and Member of the Audit and Risk Committee. In 2014, Bruce was appointed to the Australian Payments Council as an Advisory Board Member and RBA Appointee. In 2017, Bruce joined Minderoo Foundation as a Strategic Advisor and Chief Operating Officer for the Eliminate Cancer Initiative & Cashless Debit Card. Finally, in 2020, Bruce became a Non Executive Director of Moneytech Limited, and in 2021 they became a Non Executive Director of Azupay.
Bruce Mansfield attended Victoria University of Wellington from 1979 to 1981, where they earned a BCA in Business Administration and Management, General. Bruce then attended INSEAD from 2002 to 2008, where they completed an Advanced Management Program, AVIRA, and an Asian Executive Program, both in Business Studies.
