Valerie Peralta

Valerie Peralta serves as the Senior Executive Director for Azura Memory Care of Clinton. Valerie has been a part of the Azura family for several years, starting as Team Lead for the Azura of Clinton home. Seeing the great impact she had on its residents and team, Valerie was selected to serve as Executive Director. Her leadership skills and dedication to Azura and its residents make her truly exceptional in this role.

Valerie has lived in Clinton, WI all her life and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. Valerie then discovered the joy of caring for memory care residents and shifted her career focus to continue to learn, grow and direct memory care.
