Richie Baston

Richie joined Azure Capital in 2009.

Richie has 20 years of experience in corporate advisory, working across various industry sectors, particularly infrastructure and mining, but also property, industrials, agriculture and aged care. He has advised on a range of transaction types including buy and sell side roles on both public and private M&A and also debt and equity capital raisings.

Prior to joining Azure, Richie worked for Macquarie both in Sydney and London. He has also spent time leading the in-house corporate development team within an ASX 200 company and in a funds management role with a Macquarie-managed private equity vehicle.

Richie holds Bachelors of Law (with Honours) and Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
