Raymond Aldridge's work experience spans over several decades and includes roles in various engineering positions. Raymond began their career in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM), serving from 1976 to 1982. Raymond then joined Raytheon as a Tactical Simulator Field Support Engineer, where they worked from 1983 to 1997. After that, they worked at QinetiQ North America as a Systems Engineer from 1997 to 2009. Raymond then joined Boeing as a Senior Systems Engineer, working from 2009 to 2014. Following that, they worked at SPX Corporation as a Senior RF Systems/Applications Engineer from 2014 to 2018. Raymond then joined Boeing Defense and Space, where they served as a Senior Systems and I&T Engineer from 2018 to 2023. Currently, they are a Senior Systems Engineer at Azure Summit Technology, where they are involved in the full life cycle development and integration of OEM RF equipment for DOD customers.
Raymond Aldridge obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Raymond attended the university from 1984 to 1994. In addition to their degree, Raymond also holds a certification as a SEL Private Pilot License, which they obtained from the FAA in April 1980.
