Dan Schoenekase

Dan Schoenekase is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Azuria Water Solutions since May 2023, Dan is part of the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, and Environmental Compliance. Prior to this role, Dan held significant positions including Senior Vice President & General Manager at Insituform Technologies, and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Aegion Corporation. Dan's career also includes roles as Vice President & General Counsel for Infrastructure Solutions at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., and as an Attorney. A former Captain in the US Army, Dan possesses a robust academic background with degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from Saint Louis University.
