Julio César Valdivieso Roldán

Julio César Valdivieso Roldán currently serves as the Country Manager for Grupo Azvi in Chile since March 2022, overseeing construction and business development, including the Design & Build project “Red Aeroportuaria Austral.” Previously, Julio César held the position of Manager for Europe, Africa, and Middle East at GRUPO PUENTES, managing infrastructure projects and business opportunities from April 2019 to February 2022, and was the Head of Operations in Serbia for Grupo Azvi from September 2016 to April 2019, managing significant infrastructure projects under FIDIC contracts. With extensive experience in project management roles at various companies such as Isolux Corsán and SACYR, Julio César has worked on numerous high-budget civil engineering projects, demonstrating a strong background in infrastructure development and management. Julio César earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Granada, graduating in 1995.
