Michael Ganzak

Michael Ganzak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client operations and customer management. Currently serving as the Client Operations Manager at Azzur Group since November 2023, Michael previously held the position of Manager, Customer Operations at Essendant from March 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing sales operations for the largest customer, WB Mason, and improving operational processes. At Hachette Book Group, from August 2004 to March 2016, Michael managed a department of Account Managers and led projects utilizing Six Sigma analysis to enhance various processes. Additionally, Michael worked as a Policy Advisor/Writer for a Massachusetts State Senate campaign in early 2010, contributing to policy research and communication efforts. Academically, Michael holds a Master of Arts in Political Science/Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts, both from Northeastern University.
