Katy Lomax

Katy Lomax currently serves as the Brand & Customer Experience Director at Zizzi within Azzurri Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Katy held the position of VP - Chief Experience Officer at Capital One from January 2017 to April 2023, where leadership in business strategy contributed to significant growth despite pandemic challenges. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Director of Brand and Design and Brand Director at Love Home Swap, Chief Marketing Officer at Zuto, and Head of Marketing at Plusnet, with a track record of successful rebranding initiatives and strategic marketing management. Katy began their career at RB as a Senior Brand Manager after earning a MSc in Business and a BSc in Social Psychology from Loughborough University.
