Pia Fairhurst

Pia Fairhurst is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. As Creative Director at Azzurri Group since July 2012, Pia has contributed to the success of prominent brands such as ASK Italian and Zizzi, overseeing a vast operation that serves over 15 million meals annually across more than 250 locations. Prior to this role, Pia served as Head of Design at Zizzi Restaurants from May 2008 until July 2012, focusing on creating a unique dining experience. Pia holds a Bachelor of Design in Interior Design from the University of South Australia, complemented by an educational background from Blackwood High School.
