Robert Weber

Robert Weber has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations.

Robert is currently the Managing Director at Aesculap Akademie, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at B. Braun Gruppe, where they held multiple roles. Robert was the Vice President of Marketing & Sales Transformation since July 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Global Marketing & Sales Excellence from September 2019 to June 2021. Robert also served as the Director of Training & Education from October 2015 to August 2019 and as the Global Product Manager Osteosynthesis from June 2013 to December 2015. Additionally, they worked as the Project Manager of Medical Scientific Affairs from October 2009 to May 2013 at B. Braun Gruppe.

Apart from their roles at B. Braun Gruppe, Weber served as a Lecturer at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) since January 2011, and at IQ Netzwerk Baden-Württemberg from January 2018 to December 2019. Robert also served as a Lecturer at FernUniversität in Hagen from January 2013 to December 2019.

Weber's earlier work experience includes working as a Paramedic at the German Red Cross from August 2005 to December 2011.

Robert Weber earned a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FernUniversität in Hagen, which they completed between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Robert Weber also holds certifications as a DVCT certified Coach and a DVCT certified Trainer & Facilitator, both obtained from 2coach Personal- und Unternehmensberatung in 2019 and 2018 respectively.
