Alpa Sinha

Alpa Sinha is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and intellectual property. Currently, Alpa serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at B. Braun Medical Inc. since October 2016, advising on complex commercial transactions and negotiating various agreements related to medical equipment and pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, Alpa held the position of Corporate Attorney at B. Braun Medical Inc. and worked as an Associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where Alpa focused on both litigation and transactional intellectual property matters. Alpa's early career included positions as an Associate at Hiscock & Barclay, LLP, and as Legal Director at CAR-FRESHNER Corporation, managing trademark issues and corporate contracts. Alpa holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Political Science from Dickinson College.
