Kelly Lape

Kelly Lape is a skilled electrical professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as General Foreman, Fire Alarm System Foreman, and Inside Wireman at B&D Industries, Inc., since November 2022, Kelly has previously held positions such as Inside Wireman and Electrical Foreman at Carver Electric Co., overseeing significant projects including the new Las Cruces Animal Shelter and multiple educational facility renovations. Kelly also served as President of IBEW Local #583 and has held roles with Temp Power Services LLC, Lynco Electric, and B&H Mechanical Inc., specializing in electrical estimations and project management. Educational achievements include training at El Paso Electrical NJATC and the Sheet Metal Workers NJATC, alongside an Associate degree in Applied Arts in Computer Animation from The Art Institutes.
