Bill McDowell

Bill McDowell is a Cyber Security Manager at B. F. Saul Company, where Bill has been working since January 2006. Prior to that, Bill was a Network Engineer at the same company. Before joining B. F. Saul Company, Bill worked as a Desktop Support at the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists from March 2005 to December 2005. Bill attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County and the University of Maryland.
