Rama

Rama, M.Psi., Psikolog, currently serves as HR Section Head at B-LOG and as a University Lecturer at Universitas Muhammadiyah Papua since December 2021. With a strong background in psychology and human resources, Rama co-founded Psicologia Indonesia and provides mentorship at Jobhun. Past roles include HCM Assessor & Organizational Development Section Head at Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, and positions in various organizations focused on human capital and organizational development. Rama holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Riau.
