Oriol Castellar

Oriol Castellar has a varied work experience spanning different roles in the field of art direction and graphic design. Oriol is currently working as an Art Director at B-Reel since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at &Rosàs as an Art Director from April 2018 to January 2022. Oriol also worked at Shackleton, where they started as an Art Director in January 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Supervising Art Direction until April 2018. Oriol also worked as a Graphic Designer at Superunion from May 2015 to December 2015. Before that, they were an Art Director at Mr.John Sample / SCPF* from March 2013 to February 2015. Oriol gained internship experience as an Intern Graphic Designer at Ruiz+company from November 2012 to March 2013, and as an Intern Graphic Design at Head Spain from October 2011 to February 2012. Oriol also had internships at La Vanguardia as Intern Editorial Design / ES Magazine from April 2011 to September 2011, and completed a university project at ELISAVA from January 2010 to February 2010. Oriol also has experience as a Partner & Graphic Designer at Cinking Studio from September 2011 to December 2012.

In 2022, Oriol attended the Istituto Europeo di Design and obtained a Teacher degree in Motion Graphics & New Technologies.

In the same year, Oriol also attended Hyper Island, specializing in Brand Strategy & Storytelling.

In 2015, Oriol studied at the AAA School of Advertising, earning a degree in Brand Management with a focus on Branding.

From 2007 to 2012, Oriol attended the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona, where they obtained a Graduado Superior en Diseño degree. Their studies included Graphic, Product, and Interior design.

In 2010, Oriol briefly attended St. Martin's College, completing a program called Advertising Now. This program focused on Creativity, Strategy, and New Media.

In 2009, Oriol participated in a Stop Motion Workshop with No-Domain at the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona.
