Krys Doctor

Krys Doctor, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a System Analyst at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, supporting Housing for Health and Office of Diversion and Reentry Housing programs since November 2023. As a Coach at B-SPOKE, LLC since August 2020, Krys brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Business Analyst and Staff Developer at Heluna Health, and serving as a People Strategy Consultant from May 2018 to June 2022. Krys held key positions at Molina Healthcare from 2013 to 2018, including Director of Learning and Development, focusing on learning governance and training initiatives, along with a Manager role for Learning Technology. Prior experience at Nestle USA from 1997 to 2012 involved various leadership positions in training and organizational development. Krys holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Mt. San Antonio College.
