Gerardo Aguilar has two years of work experience. Gerardo started working at B-Temia Inc. in 2021 as an Account Manager. Prior to that, they were employed at AXES.ai from 2012 to 2021, where they held the role of Customer Experience Manager. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, leading and motivating the customer service team, developing loyalty programs, and creating customer satisfaction goals.
