Jay Douglas has extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at B12 since October 2019, with previous roles as Customer Success Team Lead and Customer Success Associate. Prior to this, Jay operated as an Independent Contractor specializing in A/V support from July 2016 to June 2022, while co-owning The Two Leaves, LLC., a pop-up tea shop, from October 2017 to August 2019. Jay's earlier experience includes managing day-to-day operations as Assistant Store Manager for the Nauticus Foundation and various roles at Barnes & Noble College, including Operations Manager and Trade/Digital Supervisor. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Liberty University.
