Shelagh Kirvan

Shelagh Kirvan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Shelagh began their career at Manulife Financial, where they worked in various roles related to account management and affinity markets. In 1997, they transitioned to M.R.S. Trust Company, which was later acquired by B2B Bank. At M.R.S. Trust Company, they held positions such as AVP Operations and Assistant Vice President in Marketing and Consumer Lending, Marketing, and Investor Relations. In 2012, they moved to B2B Bank and assumed the role of Assistant Vice President in Credit Operations, overseeing mortgage and investment lending underwriting teams. Throughout their career, Shelagh has consistently been responsible for developing and marketing loan and deposit products, managing risk, and maximizing efficiencies. Shelagh has also demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing teams of employees.

Shelagh Kirvan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Toronto from 1986 to 1990. Shelagh further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dalhousie University between 1991 and 1993.
