Valeriia Polishchuk is a UX/UI Lead Designer at B2B Soft since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in design leadership and project management. Previously, Valeriia served as Lead of Design at Vilmate LLC, where responsibilities included supervising designers, developing project strategies, and creating a workload distribution system for the design team. As a Product Designer at Pepins, Valeriia collaborated closely with the Product Owner on UX research and design improvements, while also working with development teams to implement new features. Prior experience includes roles as a Middle UI/UX Designer at milestoneBased, a UX Designer at GBSFO, and a UI/UX Designer on Upwork, contributing to a variety of digital products and enhancing user experiences. Valeriia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Legal Relations from the National University "Odesa Law Academy" and completed a program at Mate academy in 2021.
