Bejoy Thomas is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry and bakery operations. Currently serving as Executive Chef and Head Pastry Chef for B2Gold Corp's Fekola Project since February 2017, Bejoy oversees complete culinary operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training in food safety protocols. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Pastry Chef at Royal by Rex Resorts, where Bejoy managed multiple outlets and enhanced dining experiences through innovative menu development. Previous roles include pastry chef positions at Carnival UK and junior sous chef at cgh earth, with foundational training at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts. Bejoy holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Bangalore University and additional qualifications in food safety.
