Emirich Ndungula

Emirich (E_Mann) Ndungula is an accomplished Mine Technology Senior Superintendent at B2Gold Corp. since February 2014, overseeing production monitoring and resource optimization. With a comprehensive background in mining engineering and technology, Emirich has held various roles including Technical Lead for Wenco Mining and Terrain Drilling Systems, where responsibilities encompassed systems implementation, training, and audits. Previously serving as a Senior Mining Dispatch Engineer, Emirich managed teams, conducted training, and optimized operations. Emirich's diverse experience also includes roles from Mining Pit Foreman to Graduate Mining Engineer, highlighting a strong foundation in production scheduling and mining operations. Educational qualifications include an MBA, a National Diploma in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Zimbabwe School of Mines, and a BSc (Honours) in Geology and Environmental Sciences from the University of Namibia.
