Nicole Edmonds, PLP, is an experienced payroll and benefits professional with a strong background in managing payroll processes across various organizations. Currently serving as Payroll Lead at B2Gold Corp. since August 2023, Nicole previously held the role of Client Support Specialist at Avanti Software Inc. from December 2021 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Payroll & Benefits Manager at Sawridge Group of Companies, where responsibilities included processing payroll for up to 500 employees, and as Payroll and Benefits Coordinator at Di-Corp, where Nicole managed payroll administration and employee relations. Earlier roles encompassed positions as Payroll Clerk at Casino Edmonton and Reconciliation Clerk at Casino ABS, where Nicole developed a foundation in payroll systems and employee data management. Nicole holds a Certificate in Conflict & Negotiation Resolution and is certified as a Payroll Leadership Professional from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
