Chris Bailey

Chris Bailey is a seasoned scientist currently serving as Senior Scientist I in Bioanalytical Scientific Strategy at B2S Life Sciences since March 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Principal Scientist in Biochemistry and Chemical Biology at Flare Therapeutics from April 2021 to December 2023, where Chris led screening and characterization efforts while managing external research collaborations. At Eli Lilly and Company, Chris advanced from Senior Research Scientist to Research Scientist between January 2013 and April 2021, contributing to molecular pharmacology and the development of biochemical assays across various therapeutic areas. Earlier roles include Scientist II and Scientist I at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, focusing on small molecule screening and biophysical validation, as well as a postdoctoral associate and graduate student at Yale University, where Chris specialized in mechanistic enzymology and biochemistry. Chris holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Otterbein University.
