Gilson Finkelsztain has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Gilson started their career at citi in 1993 and held various positions there until 2007 when they moved to j.p. morgan. In 2010, they left j.p. morgan to join merrill lynch. Gilson stayed there for a year before moving to banco santander in 2011. Gilson was with banco santander until 2013 when they joined cetip. Gilson remained at cetip until 2017 when they were appointed as the CEO of B3.
