Amanda Dokter, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Amanda is currently the Head of People Operations at B9Creations, a Digital Manufacturing Technology company, since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ketel Thorstenson, LLP as a Human Resources Manager from March 2014 to April 2022. In this role, they developed and administered various HR plans and procedures, organized department activities, and contributed to goal-setting. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at National American University from August 2013 to February 2014, where they partnered with employees and management to communicate HR policies and procedures, evaluated reports and decisions, and facilitated employee training. Prior to that, Amanda held multiple roles at Volunteers of America, including Human Resources Generalist from March 2008 to March 2010 and Executive Assistant from November 2005 to March 2008. Amanda also has experience at Complete Career Center as a Customer Support Specialist and Staffing Specialist. Amanda's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR management, policy development, employee training, and organizational effectiveness.

Amanda Dokter, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Human Resource Management emphasis at Dordt University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2010 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2015.
