Linda Fechter

Linda Glass Fechter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, public relations, and event management. Currently serving as a Board Member for Hingham Farmers Market Inc. since 2021, Linda has also contributed as a co-author for "The Last Pick" since 2006, highlighting the inspiring story of Dave McGillivray, Race Director of the BAA Boston Marathon. Active in the Boston Athletic Association since 1996 as an Information Kiosk Coordinator, Linda has managed DMSE Inc. since 1997 and served as Race Director for the Cohasset Rotary Road Race by the Sea from 2007 to 2023. Additional roles include volunteer photographer and freelance writer for The Jett Foundation from 2012 to 2019, contributions as a stringer for Gate House Media, and a public relations position with the Learn Live Love Cancer Outreach Organization. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ithaca College, earned in 1988.
