Amittha Upasiri

Amittha Upasiri currently serves as Engineering Design Manager in the Project Management Group at Babbage Consultants Limited, a position held since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Beca from August 2018 to July 2022 and as a Process/Project Engineer at SiccaDania A/S from March 2016 to August 2018. Amittha also gained valuable experience as a Chemical and Process Engineering Intern at Goodman Fielder in December 2015, where contributions involved investigating and analyzing the UHT processing setup in a dairy plant. Additional roles include research and design projects with The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research Ltd and O-I, focusing on biomaterials and energy-efficient furnace design.
