Laura Bake

Laura Bake has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Most recently, they worked at Babbel as the Head of Strategy starting in December 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director at Study Access Alliance from April 2022 to November 2022. Prior to these roles, Laura served as the Director of Study Access Alliance at IU International University of Applied Sciences from September 2021 to November 2022. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from February 2018 to April 2021. Laura also gained valuable experience as a Foreign Policy Advisor at Deutscher Bundestag from September 2016 to November 2017. Laura has also contributed to the field of international studies as a Member of the Editorial Board of Millennium: Journal of International Studies at SAGE Publishing from October 2015 to June 2016. Finally, they worked as a Program Manager at Körber-Stiftung from September 2012 to July 2015.

Laura Bake has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), obtained from 2015 to 2016. Laura also attended a Summer School program on Foreign Policy Analysis at Peking University in 2014. In addition, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin from 2009 to 2013. In 2009, they completed a course on International Relations at Stockholm University.
