Lauren Sterwerf

Lauren Sterwerf has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lauren is currently the Head of Customer and Learner Success, B2B Americas at Babbel, where they lead a team responsible for supporting business clients and their learners on the Babbel platform. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Newsela in various roles such as Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success (Central), Regional CSM Team Lead, Senior Client Success Manager, and District Account Manager. Before joining Newsela, they held positions at Hobsons as an Account Manager in Higher Education and as an Account Executive in both the K12 and Higher Education divisions. Lauren also worked as a Regional Sales Specialist at Touchstone Investments and as an Internal Annuity Wholesaler at Protective Life Insurance. Earlier in their career, they had a role in Client Services at OneTrust Financial and worked as a Front of House Key at Outback Steakhouse.

Lauren Sterwerf attended Troy High School from 2001 to 2005. Then, they pursued a degree in Marketing Management and Organizational Leadership at Wright State University from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they also studied Marketing Management at Sinclair Community College from 2007 to 2008.
