Andrew Irvine

Andrew Irvine is a seasoned professional in project controls and cost management, currently serving as Group Director of Project Controls at Babcock International Group since May 2021. Previously held notable positions include Head of Cost and Estimating at Doosan Babcock, and Cost and Estimating Manager at Jacobs, where responsibilities encompassed detailed estimating for various sectors, including Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Nuclear, and Defense. With a strong foundation in estimating and quantity surveying, Andrew has contributed to high-value projects, such as a $1.8 billion SAGD central processing plant, while also providing commercial and contractual support on tenders. Andrew holds a degree in Quantity Surveying from Robert Gordon University.
