Tom King

Tom King is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Category Lead at Babcock International Group since September 2020, Tom leads categories in Plant, Fuel and Equipment, as well as Communications, Cyber & Future Technology, delivering significant savings and facilitating business growth. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Procurement Specialist at Cavendish Nuclear and as a Buyer at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. Earlier experience includes positions as a Consultant at Procura Consulting Ltd, a Supply Chain Controller at Trelleborg, and a Procurement Analyst at GlaxoSmithKline. Tom's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter, currently in progress, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
