Madhuri Gaikwad

Madhuri Gaikwad is an experienced project engineer with a strong background in the boiler industry and water treatment, waste management, and chemical dryers. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Vogt Power International since November 2022, Madhuri leads technical projects related to Boiler/HRSG, overseeing coordination and engineering activities. Previously, as a Project Lead and Presales Engineer at Bhatia Brothers, Madhuri managed a team of engineers, ensuring successful proposal and pre-qualification processes in the manufacturing sector. At Concepts India Pvt Ltd, significant contributions included designing water treatment plants and generating cost-effective schemes tailored to client requirements. Earlier experience at Drying Systems India Pvt Ltd involved providing engineering support through the generation of design documents. Madhuri holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
