Lucienne Pears is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic and business development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Economic and Business Development at Babcock Ranch since January 2019, Lucienne has a strong background in leading marketing initiatives and business recruitment, honed during tenure as Director at the Charlotte County Economic Development Office from July 2010 to January 2019. In this role, Lucienne developed targeted marketing campaigns and provided strategic support for high-profile projects. Prior experience includes serving as Sustainable Growth Manager for Marion County BOCC from June 2009 to July 2010. Lucienne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Salisbury University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
