Kaustuv Pal, PMP, AAICD, serves as the Regional Technical Development Manager at Babcock & Wilcox since January 2023. Prior to this, Kaustuv held the position of Deputy PM for the $700M Waste to Energy Facility project in Kwinana, Perth, where responsibilities included project management progress reporting, contractor milestone payment certification, and risk management. With experience as a Project Manager at Ramboll, Graduate Pipeline Engineer at Sustech Engineering, and Mechanical Engineer at PAL Consulting Services, Kaustuv has developed strong skills in project delivery, client relationship management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Kaustuv holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Curtin University.
