Lauren Hughes

Lauren Hughes has a diverse work experience in various project management roles. Lauren is currently the Director of Agile Operations at Babel Street, where they started in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Tower Loan from January 2020 to May 2021. From 2015 to 2020, Lauren worked at American HealthTech, initially as a Product Development Scrum Master and later as a Project Manager. Lauren also served as a Program Manager at C Spire from March 2017 to January 2018. Lauren also holds certifications as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance since 2016, a Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from Scrum Inc. since 2021, and a SAFe Agilist Certification Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. since 2022.
