Parviz Ismailov

Parviz Ismailov is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across different organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Lawyer at Babilon-T LLC since January 2014, responsibilities include client attraction, contract preparation and examination, representation in economic disputes, and legal advisory for company management and staff, with significant achievements in examining over 2,400 contracts. Previously, as the Leading Specialist for External Relations at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan from April 2011 to January 2014, Parviz Ismailov successfully negotiated Memorandums of Cooperation with the Constitutional Courts of Turkey and Russia. Earlier experience includes a Senior Lawyer position at CJSC Babilon-Mobile from May 2004 to January 2011, where Parviz Ismailov conducted training sessions, resolved legal issues with public authorities, and successfully collected 450,000 AED from debtors through pre-trial efforts. Parviz Ismailov holds a Master of Laws degree from Tajik State National University and completed further studies at the International Modern Language Center.
