Area Coordinator

Area Coordinator is currently Area Coordinator at Babson College. Prior to this, they worked as Assistant Conference Manager at Roger Williams University from August 2019 to August 2021. There, they supervised two LSCAs and approximately 16 SCAs in daily/weekly coordination of customer service, conference housing preparation, linen inventory, and conference group check-in and check-out processes. Additionally, they coordinated and executed the LSCA and SCA Staff Selection Process and Training Program, oversaw key management for residential communities, and acted as a liaison between conference groups and the Conferences Office. They also assisted in general office and clerical work as needed.

The educational career for Area Coordinator would be a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Development and Family Studies: College Student Personnel from the University of Rhode Island, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Youth Development from Rhode Island College, and certification from Rhode Island College in Non-Profit Studies.

A direct report to Area Coordinator is and Assistant Area Coordinator - Assistant Area Coordinator. Area Coordinator reports to Associate Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Students. They work with Director of Multicultural & Identity Programs - Director of Multicultural & Identity Programs, Area Coordinator - Area Coordinator, and Assistant Director for Residence Life - Assistant Director for Residence Life.
