Jeffrey Shay

Jeff Shay serves as a Director on the Board of Directors at the Bank of Montana since May 2024. In addition, Jeff holds the position of Professor of Entrepreneurship at Babson College since December 2020 and has been the Owner of Shay Consulting International, LLC since September 1987, undertaking various consulting projects for notable clients including NASA and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Jeff has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for Global Entrepreneurship Monitor since February 2021 and was previously a member of the Board of Directors at Washington and Lee University where the role included launching a comprehensive Entrepreneurship Program. Additional roles include Department Chair and Associate Professor at the University of Montana, CEO of the Montana Academy of Distinguished Entrepreneurs, and Professor at both Peking University and the London School of Economics and Political Science Summer School programs. Jeff Shay holds a Ph.D. in Strategy and International Business from Cornell University, an MBA in Strategic Management from Babson College, and a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.
