Barbara Roscoe-Graff

Barbara Roscoe-Graff is an experienced independent certified instructor and trainer at Baby Signs, Inc. since November 2012 and has also worked as a teacher at Gymboree Play & Music since January 2007. Prior to these roles, Barbara served as an underwriting service technician at Transguard Insurance Company of America, Inc. from July 2005 to November 2006, where responsibilities included administration support for the underwriting team, processing endorsements, cancellations, and state and federal filings while providing high-quality customer service.
